Subconsciously there many agendas that combine together to push up to consciousness a thinking and feeling and thus a set of behaviours. By addressing the parts of our subconscious that have sub-optimal strategies, it is possible to resolve the situations where what we want to think, feel, and act is different from what actually happens, to create a new and more desirable way of thinking, feeling and set of behaviours.

Other online resources are available such as Online-therapy.com which is centered on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) a therapy that seems to provide some benefits.
It is my belief however that one must access the subconscious to have effective change. Although CBT may be useful in some cases, I have had clients who have been having CBT for years and years before getting very quick results with better approaches.
